PURPOSE

This form documents the internal transfer of cannabis material between Red Run entities. It is NOT a sale — no payment changes hands. All transfers must comply with AMCO regulations and METRC tracking requirements.

• Tim Clark — Retail/Cultivation GM
• Wyatt — Cultivation Staff

WORKFLOW

1. ORIGINATE: Complete Section A & B. Sign and date.
2. MANIFEST: Create METRC manifest before transport.
3. TRANSPORT: Manifest must accompany material.
4. RECEIVE: Recipient completes Section C within 24 hours.
5. FILE: Submit completed form to Charlene for QuickBooks entry.

MDM FLAG (DIRECT ROUTE)

Check "Yes" if material is going directly to Manufacturing without first stopping at KBR for grading. Requires authorization from Tim, Ryan, or Marc.

REQUIRED SIGNATURES

• Section A: Originator signs when preparing transfer
• Section C: Recipient signs upon physical receipt
• Both signatures required for complete documentation
